Our approach is built upon the belief that movement is key to enhancing the functioning of the nervous system and overall health and well-being.

We view every challenge as a learning opportunity, employing neuroscience and embodiment principles for optimal learning. Our method is anchored in three pillars:

The Power of Awareness

When you slow down and do less, you sense more. When you sense more, you become more aware. Awareness is the silent, powerful force at the heart of personal growth. It is the conscious illumination that turns ordinary experiences into profound learning opportunities.

Awareness transforms passive existence into an active exploration of life. By cultivating awareness, we become attuned to the nuances of our thoughts, emotions, sensations and movements. Meet our Founder

Tamara Drossart

Creativity takes courage

Tamara is a professional dancer and Feldenkrais® Practitioner. She discovered the Feldenkrais Method during the pandemic in March 2020. After her first lesson, she felt such an incredible sense of ease and lightness that she found unfamiliar, perplexing and wildly intriguing. Her curiosity led her to over 500 hours of practice in the Awareness Through Movement® Method, becoming a certified practitioner in early 2023. Tamara is obsessed with the art and science of movement and likes to read neuroscience books for fun.
